Hello Fellow Rotaractors,
The annual Rotary Club Of Sandy Springs Ball is coming up on Saturday(!) March 12 and the North Atlanta Rotaract Club has received 10 invitations.
The 2011 Lit-er-a-cy Gala is the main fundraiser for the Sandy Springs Rotary Club, benefiting projects such as the Georgia Rotary Student Program (GRSP), grants for local teachers, shelter boxes for disaster relief and more.
We will be assisting with guest checking-in and the live and silent auctions, but there will be plenty of time to enjoy the buffet, cash bar and live music by Joe Gransden & His Band. We are expected to be there at 6:30PM and to stay until the end (Believe me, there is no reason to leave early!).

Attire is a formal.
We have limited seats so please RSVP by Saturday March 5 to Gijs if you would like to join. We are limited to 10 invitations. If more than 10 members would like to attend, invitations will be awarded based on years of service. I will confirm your invitation after Saturday March 5. If you respond but are not able to attend, please let me know as soon as possible. |
